What to include

For a removal request, include the exact URL and a sentence about the problem. You do not need a legal template. For a creator application, include the official profile or release page you control. For a correction, include the page and the source that shows the correct information.

Postal address

We do not publish a street address on the public site. If you need one for a formal notice or your own records, ask from the email address you are writing about and we will provide the operator’s current postal details.

Response times

Clear removal requests are actioned first. Other messages are usually answered within five business days. We do not promise a faster response than we can staff, and we do not use an automated reply to pretend a message has been reviewed.

Security reports

If you believe you have found a security issue, write to hello@amateursvideo.com with “security” in the subject line. Please do not test against other users’ data or publish the issue before we have had a chance to respond.
