What AmateursVideo collects when you use the site or apply as a creator, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect
- Creator applications: the email address, creator name or handle, and optional note or link you submit.
- Technical logs: the request path, time, user agent, and approximate region recorded by our hosting provider when you load a page.
- Aggregate analytics: if analytics are enabled, we use a cookieless, aggregate measurement service. It does not build a cross-site profile of you.
We do not run user accounts, we do not ask for a password, and we do not collect payment details on this site.
Why we collect it
Application data is used to review your request, verify rights and consent, and reply to you. Technical logs are used to keep the site online, diagnose abuse, and understand aggregate traffic. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use an application email to send marketing you did not ask for.
Who processes it
The site is served by Cloudflare. Application notifications are delivered to a private Telegram channel operated by the site. These providers process data on our instructions and under their own terms. We do not share application data with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
We keep an application while the creator relationship is active and for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Server logs are rotated by the hosting provider. If you ask for deletion, we remove the application record and confirm in writing, except where we are required to keep a record for a legal claim or a rights dispute.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to some processing. To make a request, email privacy@amateursvideo.com from the address you used. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request is yours.
Age
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we use data we already hold, we will update the date on this page and, where appropriate, tell the people affected by email.
