By using AmateursVideo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is for adults only. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the site to break the law or to harm another person.
  • Do not scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the site, or attempt to bypass its rate limits or security controls.
  • Do not upload or send material involving minors, non-consensual acts, or content you do not have the right to share.
  • Do not impersonate a creator or misrepresent your authority to license a work.
  • Do not use the creator application to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, design, and original code are protected by copyright. Creator names, images, and media belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of a creator’s work to us. A listing exists only under the written licence described in our rights and consent policy.

The site may link to a creator’s official page or another third-party site. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination.

Availability and accuracy

The site is provided as it is and as it becomes available. We work to keep the guides accurate and the site online, but we do not warrant that every page is error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. Guides are general information, not legal advice.
